RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Brandigo, we strive for your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, here’s how to return or exchange your items.
ELIGIBILITY
- Time Frame: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
- Exclusions: Sale items, innerwear, and custom clothing.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Request: Email us at info@brandigo.com.pk with your order number and reason.
- Approval: Follow the provided instructions.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
REFUNDS
- Time Frame: Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Method: To the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: May apply for items not in original condition.
EXCHANGES
- Availability: Subject to stock. If unavailable, choose a refund or different product.
- Processing: New item shipped within 5 business days after receiving the return.
